Hi Laura,
What a great opportunity for you; I just did a Bridal Faire earlier this year and got tons of visitors...and a few clients, enough to cover my costs. I gave them an individual packet with one pair of gel pads with my card stapled to it.

I asked a friend to be there with me so I could have a break and gave her a set of lashes in place of pay, that really helped.

The show also asked for several "goodie bags" for drawings and I put together six: one with a free set, three with eye-makeup remover, and a couple with coupons for $50 off. You can get those cute organza bag (in fact, if you send me your information, I'll send you 6 or so) and put the goodies in there. You can have your own drawing at your booth.

Don't forget to have a sign up sheet for gathering email addresses (any contact information) and require them so sign to get a goodie.

Again, send me your email, I have some pics that I will send so you can see how I set up my table. My email is 'mwalden_skincare@comcast.net" and I'll get those bags out right away, I have tons and would be happy to support you in that way.

ooo you little treasure , thankyou for helping and i like the helper idea to do their lashes and not pay them, i like it, and a data base and a special price for the people attending the show, but will i actually be doing the lashes as well, coz i am not good at talking and lashing at the same time,( i know i cant believe it either coz i dont stop on this chat)/.
maybe i will find a video clip and put it on a loop all day, that girl from lavish does a great job from my space i think, is that allowed for me to do something like that or is it illegal, does anyone know, is it a good idea do you think.

I personally did not bring my table to do lashes, I made sure I had a gorgeous set (thanks again to Karol!) which was the best advertisment; but I had so many people stop by there is no way I could have done both. Plus, if you bring inventory to diplay...if you don't pay attention, it grows legs and walks away! I lost some Swarovski Crystals like that.

I say get as creative as you want but think it through before you do it: the logistics of managing lots of stuff can have you come off looking frazeled...keep it simple and bat your lashes...most people did not even know they existed.

I had a pretty bowl of flowers, and big wedding poster, sign-up sheets for contact info, and champagne glasses filled with Crystals and different colored lashes. Lots of brochures or cards. Or you can even make up flyers pretty inexpensively to hand out too.

Email me; as you can tell I love to blad too.

...as for the loop, you probably need to get permission to do that first.
