Hi everyone!

I rarely come on this side but I crossed over to introduce you to an effort we can all be involved in. Domestic Violence effects one in three women. You are more likely to be involved in domestic violence then get cancer. Murder is the number one killer of pregnant women.

Pleeeeeeeeeeease go over and read the posts, pleeeeeeeeease talk about it because we deal with women and only sharing this will help us stop it!

It is even more than that. Physical abuse is part of it. Public humiliation like cheating or calling you names. That passive/agressive of beating you down as a person. Verbal abuse all of these things corrupt a soul.

It is really important for everyone to read these items because we think it is only when you go to the emergency room and it more than that. I am hoping we can all spread the word and stop making excuses for why we put up with it. In the state of Nevada they call it misdamenaor and they can get their record sealed but if they called it "assault" like it is it would be a felony and they could not, the laws are even unfair.

Something to also be aware of is that if you were coming from another country and feared persecution for your political position we would allow you and your kids in this country, grant asylum. But, women in this country cannot cross the state lines when leaving their abuser?

Foreigners don't even have to show one little bruise, you can be in a hospital bed and you still can't leave the area. You are forced to hide out with one of those protective orders.

Oh, well my rant. Please take a moment to verse yourself on this issue. I guarantee you all know someone that needs this information. Also check out the numbers on animal abuse tied to this. These abusers are a bunch of cowards.
