Has anyone heard of this agency before..seems like a new one on the block. Claim to be in business for 25 years. They are now offering coverage for permanent makeup.

I have used Allied Health Association, 1-800-444-7546, www.alliedhealth.net. No Broker fees. Be sure to find out about "per occurence" and "claims made" two different methods of paying claims. This is merely information for you to use as you see fit.
