If you need wall mounts for monitors/televisions check out www.monoprice.com. I was really surprised to find they have wall mounts for around 50 to 70 dollars that are identical to the ones I found at a local place for 479. You can read the reviews on the website. Also check out at www.costco.com and search for "neat desk", this is a life savers, it scans everything and separates receipts, business cards and documents. Creates PDF files ( I scanned all my warranty information/ instruction booklets for home electronics etc.) Check this item out and get rid of all your paper files. It is on sale for 299 at costco till july 5th, no shipping, tax only. It is over 400 on the neat receipt website and comes with the new upgraded 4 system. I got rid of three giant boxes of papers, I have been liberated..........and may I add, it has its own search engine so you can go back and find stuff. Some receipts that you need to save fade so quickly so its nice to get them scanned and the software reads the amounts, separates out taxes and reads the dates and vendor name. I love the fact that we share informaton and sometimes not specific to just our craft, but how to live better in general, you ladies rock! ---------- Karla Kwist,CPCP

Yeah...I have one of those expensive wall mounts sitting still in its box for six months behind a door - wonder if I can still take it back?! I love that idea for for the scanner - I scan a lot with my printer/scanner now but this sounds great - I imagine that type of storage is now fine for Uncle Sam now too, right??

The IRS does take digital images or receipts and this scanner/program takes the receipts and puts them in order for you within a category. It does double sided and color scanning as well and files business cards, exports all the information and creates a contact list automatically. check it out! ---------- Karla Kwist,CPCP Las Vegas

So where are you backing up all this stuff, though? Do you have an offsite place to upload everything or a back up drive or?

I went to order another one for my friend on the 5th of July, and they were sold out! My latest usage is scanning in all lectures, articles etc and organizing them into sub-cat with keywords so I can search them by author, title or subject. ---------- Karla Kwist,CPCP Las Vegas

You are going to love this! It feels so great to find everything when I need it and open up all that space the papers were taking up. It is going to change your life, I know that sounds a little silly...but to get rid of clutter not only opens space in your home and business, but brain space too. ---------- Karla Kwist,CPCP Las Vegas

I hope everyone else gets a moment to view this product. For the price of what it costs to file and keep files then retrieve them and the problem of dating files and keeping them update..........combined with all the warranties and instruction you keep for a household and you can also load all the clients charts on this for a separate filing system, this will save you a bundle of money, time and brain space. Costco, no longer has the sale but there is a closer price offered and www.pricerabber.com ---------- Karla Kwist,CPCP Las Vegas

I have been using mine when time allows for it and it's great...decided on a second one for the studio after the sale and got it through eBay. You can always get one there for $359.95 with free shipping or take a chance by bidding - I ended up paying $330 with free shipping so just a bit more than the Costco sale price after tax.

I got mine, but it’s still in the box. I’ve been so fricken busy this last week. I’m pissed at myself for not putting it to use yet. Okay, this week for sure, out of the box and start scanning Rozan! ---------- Rose Ann Cloud, CPCP Permanent Cosmetics By Rozan www.RozanCloud.com
