Thank you ladies for all the posts on Neo Tat. I was getting very discouraged till I read the thread on the correct way of loading the needle. I think that was my problem all along. Since I pretty much taught myself to use the machine, it was like my prayers were answered. I did an eyeliner today, making sure I pay attention to loading of the needle. It worked. I am getting ready to order some more needles from Ray. I would really appreciate if some of you experienced ladies with this machine, share with me as to what needle grouping to order and for which procedure. My biggest challenge has been the eyeliner. Thank you, any info will be very valuable.

Sonyap - you'll probably get a few answers to this question, but so far (according to the previous advice I received), I'm finding the #8 5 round works great for eyeliners, if you go up to a #12 5 round, this gives a little wider less crisp line - a little more work to get a crisp flare at the ends. Ray however believes that when you go a little larger tothe #12, this retains pigment better than the tighter needles. But, for regular eyeliner #8 5 is great. For very fine lower liner, #8 3 round is good. I'm sure most other Neo techs will probably agree. Of course each have their own preferences.
