I have seen these at tattoo shows and know a couple people who used them. Like anything some love them, some hate them. For me, I don't have the room for the compressor and I don't like how loud the compressor is (although the machine is quiet.)
I don't believe they are catching on like people originally thought they would.
I don't know, for some reason I can't get the image of the guy in No Country for Old Men running around with that compressor. I went to their web site and I think the compressor sound would annoy me.
