without going into such detail as to breach any confidentiality, i want to offer a round of applause to JDan for taking the initiative and stepping up to the plate as a liaison between a client and a technician in ill health who is no longer able to provide services or touch ups for previous services. Thank you JDan for selflessly helping, getting involved and taking a burden from two peoples shoulders.
Well done my friend, we need more like you.

wow! you guys are great. thank you so much...i was shocked to come on the board and read both your beautiful sentiments....in fact I blushed! thank you again but my observations have convinced me that you both have a generous, kind heart if not moreso.
