Welcome from Belgium Water base versus cream, the carriers are different or are added in different quantities. It's personnal preference, some like thinner pigments and some like them thicker or creamier. I don't have a preference. What I look for is consistency and technical support. I've used many pigments and have wound up throwing most of them away because I didn't like how they aged in the skin and the undertones that were coming back. I now use Lasting Impressions pigments exlusively for eyebrows and eyeliner. They are in my opinion TOP NOTCH. I've been tattooing for many years and these pigments are easy to use, heal in beautifully and eventually fade out to pleasing tones. I'm just starting to understand the lip pigments and I'm using them as well. The support you get if you have to ask questions is quick and phenomenal.

Ditto times three. Absolutely agree. LI Pigments rock! For camouflage, if you do that, Derma International, Elizabeth Finch's pigments. The best. ---------- Be well and beautiful, :)udy judy@facecrafter.com www.facecrafter.com 941-351-1333 RevitaLash! Get Longer-Thicker-Darker Lashes. And, fill in Brows too!

You might wish to check with Derma International - Elizabeth Finch-Howell. I am certain she said she has a Belgian supplier. I like all her pigments but I use LI brow pigments.

It isnt water vs. cream. its wanter vs. glycerin. both our water base and glycerin base have exactly the same consistancy, one is no creamier than the other. it's a matter of 'wet-time'. Glycerin never really dries, so the glycerin based stays wet longer than the water base. i dont like high-glycerin pigments over time, i really prefer the water based. LI's are very creamy, in fact i dont even use pigment cups. i take a tongue blade and fold a sheet of barrier tape over it and drop out my palette on that, it works great. cheap and disposable too. Well Liza, since you went it that direction, the water based pigments (Aqua) still have glycerin - just not as much as the Velvet line, correct?

Thanks everybody for your answers! I don't plan on ordering here in Belgium since the distributors order from USA anyway, I might as well order directly in USA!!Liza, I'd like a few info about your anesthetics products! Which do you recommend! Here in Belgium they ONLY use the cryo technic and I'd very happy to be the first to operate "pain free, no bleeding". Can you please help me on that, it's not very clear on the site!

to brandy, of course i was speaking of LIPigments, as you know there are some pigments out there with very watery /alcohol bases, very runny and of thin consistency. I think they have not evolved, have become dinosaurs you know? I'm with you, i love acreamy consistency in my piggies.
